I work in the nonprofit sector in the United States and had been in supporting roles for five years. Early this year, God blessed me with a frontline position that involves securing major charitable gifts from philanthropists. However, eight months on, I still had not secured any significant contributions.

Last month, I received Pastor Prince’s Daily Grace Inspiration in my email about Deuteronomy 28:4—Blessed shall be the fruit of your body, the produce of your ground and the increase of your herds, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flocks.

I learned that the “ground” is my workplace and the “produce” of my work shall be of excellent quality with plenty of increase. I knew deep down in my heart that the message was for me. I printed it out and began confessing Deuteronomy 28:4 aloud regularly.

Barely a week later, a wealthy couple who had recently declined my invitation to meet, reached out to me with a million-dollar gift to our organization! Hallelujah! Indeed, God’s Word does not return void. To Him alone be the glory!
