I am 29 years old and have been struggling with pornography and masturbation since I was about 13. As someone who is trained in martial arts, I can safely say that I possess great self-discipline. Yet, I still could not free myself from the addictions.

Not too long ago, I began to hear your sermons on grace and began to apply them in my life. I began to confess that I am righteous before God because of Jesus’ finished work.

At first, my indulgences seemed to increase and I wondered if I would ever be free. But I decided to continue confessing that I am righteous because of what Jesus has done for me.

Within a few weeks, these habits began to cease on their own! I began to effortlessly see victory in these areas, and I no longer concentrated on “not sinning” but on Jesus’ finished work!

What willpower, self-discipline, techniques and methods could not do, God’s grace did! I am free and am a living testimony that the GRACE OF GOD IS THE KEY TO OVERCOMING SIN! Praise Jesus!
