My friend, Elizabeth, and I have been partaking of the Holy Communion together every morning for about eight months now. The Lord had touched my heart to do this with Elizabeth and to pray for her healing as she is deaf. As we live far apart, we partake of the Holy Communion together over FaceTime.

We had no idea what the Lord was going to do. We simply prayed for her healing and it came in many different ways—not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually too. We also grew in our love for Jesus’ finished work and in the knowledge of the power of the cross.

Today, Elizabeth is able to hear some of the words I speak through the phone. We continue to meet each morning and learn more about the power of the cross through the Holy Communion. Truly, we have a Lord who really meets and loves us right where we are.

I thank the Lord for His grace and healing through the Holy Communion. God is so good. Thank you, Pastor Prince, for sharing the true gospel of Christ and may God bless your ministry.
