My husband, two children, and I were on a three-week vacation in Europe in July when the terrorist attack on Bastille Day in Nice happened. We were touring different parts of France and had planned to visit Nice on July 14.

But just the night before our planned visit, I recited Psalm 91 on my bed and spent time with the Lord in prayer. After that, my family somehow changed our minds about going to Nice. We headed instead to London, and avoided the crisis.

As my husband and I watched the news of the attack on July 15 in London, I could not stop thanking God for His divine intervention and keeping us safe. All praise and glory to Him!
